Our Client is one of the major Telecommunications company. The company is into providing mobile phone connectivity to nearly half a million customers.
The Project
The basic idea in the project was capturing the important details in the application forms and the supporting documents relating to a particular subscriber and converting them into a database and digitized images. This would help the company in maintaining a comprehensive database of its subscribers. The same data base can be used for various administration purposes and sales promotion activities.
Our Role
The forms are sent to VServe each month where they are scanned, data captured, the details are validated and digital images indexed. This would help them in easy retrieval.
VServe captures all the documents and application forms obtained from the company. High speed and high resolution scanners are used for scanning the documents. The Images are named in a definite method which would help faster retrieval of the files. The database would have an indicator to these files.

The Company
One of the world's leading financial service institution has enjoyed tremendous cost savings, increased data accuracy and improved client service by implementing capture technology to help automate its financial advisory business.
The Challenge
The Company had to provide vital information, like the balances of the transaction in detail in order to convince its prospective buyers. The data that is provided would help a trader to persuade any buyer take a decision on the transaction. The information captured should indicate the company's performance. The company manually processed in-house using temporary staff found the processes to be lengthy and unreliable as the volume fluctuations were over 80% on a daily basis. Then the company finally planned to outsource the work to VServe.
The Solution

VServe uses the documents available from the client website and transforms it into an Excel Spreadsheet. A considerable time is spent in reading the document and deciphering the information available in the documents. We were able to prove our efficiency and capability in providing a solution for the Client and his prospective buyers. This helps the firm to carefully examine their operations to ensure compliance with regulations.

Data Entry and Data Processing
The Project
The Project was undertaken for data entry and data processing of a survey conducted by radio stations to understand the time spent by listeners on their programs. The survey had detailed questions regarding what were the start times and the end times for listening to various stations and what was their preferred program.
The Objective
The project required high degree of accuracy, as any omission of data would lead to misinterpretation of results. Another challenge faced was at the time of data entry, as the survey was hand written and misinterpretation of letters could take place.
Our role
At VServe we were able to provide our clients with the highest degree of accuracy and were able to give them a comprehensive report on the survey conducted by them. The accurate details on the listening patterns of the users, their most preferred stations were clearly recorded. Availability of highly qualified skill pool and faster adoption of well-defined business processes lead to higher productivity gains without compromising on quality.
Specific software was designed exclusively by our highly skilled technical department in order to make the project more effective and meet the turnaround time requirements. The software was prepared using ASP.net and the maintenance was carried out by C#. The various features of the software were data capturing, which is done automatically, then a double verification is carried out to maintain 100% accuracy followed by a QC and a remote QC check and after which the transmission takes place.

Sorting of Medical Records
The Company
Our client is a consulting firm specializing in medical settlement for parties involved in workers compensation and personal injury liability cases.
The Objective
The client would provide the records in PDF format. The records which were scanned were to be sorted in order. This required identifying the variables for each document based on the claimant name, date of the record, name of the Doctor, Type of document. This will help the nurses to prepare a summary of past treatment.
Our role
The Medical documents that reached VServe were mixed with other junk data like the fax sheet, invoices and several repeated records. At VServe we first sorted the files based on the records required for compensation and saved the rest of the records for later reference for the client. The medical documents were sorted on variables and marked and presented to the client for easy retrieval at any point of time. The quality check helped in providing 100% accuracy. This project is performed at 8 hours turnaround time.

The Project
Our client receives actual ship manifest and the information available in the manifest has to be captured in the database provided. This database helps the shipping companies, exporters and importers to get better idea on the trade.
Our Role
The manifests are sent to VServe on a daily basis. The information available in the manifest are captured, the details validated and the database is populated .VServe captures all the records sent to us by validating the details about the export and import companies and the commodity exported/imported against source information available at the referral websites.Vserve is able to give a turnover of 24 hrs with very high accuracy of data. The updated database is sent to the client at the end of each day.
